Girls Basketball - District 1 Round 1 vs CBS Friday 2/15/19 7pm

BOYS LACROSSE:   Boys interested in trying out for the lacrosse team will meet at the Fieldhouse at 5:15 pm on Monday March 4th.  To tryout you must have completed a PIAA physical and be registered on FamilyID. All boys are required to bring their own gear. 

BOYS VOLLEYBALL:  Freshman and Sophomore Boys interested in trying out for the Spring boys volleyball team should attend open gym sessions on Tuesday nights from 7 to 9 pm in the Falcon Gym at WEST.  You’ll learn basic skills, movements and concepts necessary to begin to play volleyball at a competitive level. No prior experience is necessary, but athleticism and a willingness to pay attention to detail is required. Hope to see you there!  Coach Fee jfee@pennsburysd.org

SOFTBALL PITCHERS & CATCHERS:  Open gym for all softball pitchers and catchers begins on Monday 11/5 in the West Falcon gym and runs through February.  Session #1 from 5:30-6:15pm and Session #2 from 6:15-7pm.

FOOTBALL:  Practice will be held on Saturdays in the West B gym from 11:30am - 1:30pm for Quarterbacks, Running Backs and Wide Receivers until further notice.  Players that are playing JV or Varsity are asked to come out.  There will be a football registration meeting on February 6th at 7:00 PM in the East Cafeteria for ANYONE interested in playing this season.  A parent MUST accompany the player to the meeting.


The following is in effect for admission to all Pennsbury games:  



1.   Students need a physical completed on or after June 1, 2018  in order to participate in any PIAA sport during the 2018-2019 School year. Physicals completed before this date are not acceptable per PIAA Rules &  Regulations-NO EXCEPTIONS

2.   At the High School level all athletic physical information is submitted online through Family ID (see link on right side)

3.   All student-athletes must view the concussion presentation at the start of their season.  

4.   Students & Families should familiarize themselves with the PSD Interscholastic Sports Rules & Regulations AND the Parent Communication Plan (see tabs on right side)

5.   Check the team websites for specific team info (see tab on left side)

6.   Listen to the school's daily annoucements for sports info

7.   Check our webpage often for last minute info such as cancellations and changes to sporting events - especially during inclement weather


If you were at another high school and plan to participate in a sport you must complete a Transfer Waiver request (see link on right).  Return the transfer paperwork to Lou Sudholz, Athletic Director at PHS West.
