General Information

The Pennsbury Community School offers a wide variety of year-round community service programs for adults and senior citizens and  welcomes all adults whether or not they are residents of the Pennsbury School District to take our courses.  Courses are open to all adults who are out of high school.  Our instructors are exemplary and strive to provide an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience.

Numerous educational and enrichment courses are offered in the spring and fall, meeting once or twice a week from one to eight weeks depending on the course. Register for Pennsbury Community School courses on-line by clicking the above link. 

Informational brochures are mailed to all households in the District prior to each session. Additional information about community school programs may be obtained by calling the Community School office at 215-428-4100 Ext. 10444 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Leave a message and someone will get back to you.
 

Registration

  • Registration ends one (1) week before each indivudual course is scheduled to begin.
     
  • Online registration can be completed through the   Pennsbury Community School MyLearningPlan registration system.
     
  • To register by mail, complete the registration form on the current Pennsbury Community School brochure and mail with your check, money order or charge card information to:

Note:  Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Pennsbury Community School

  • No receipts are mailed.  You are automatically enrolled unless you are notified otherwise.
     
  • Cost of books or materials are included in class fees, unless otherwise noted.
     

Refund Policy

If a class meeting is canceled, it will be made up at the convenience of the instructor and students. Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled at the end of the session or as otherwise arranged. No partial refunds are allowed if participant is unable to attend rescheduled class.

If the Pennsbury School District cancels day school due to emergencies or adverse weather conditions, the Community School will also be canceled. Closings will be announced on local and Philadelphia radio stations, and on our website.

Refunds are not allowed for any reason after the close of registration. Registrants unable to attend a course can request a credit voucher that can be used as payment for another course during the same school year.
 

Senior Citizen Gold Card Membership

To qualify for a Pennsbury School District "Gold Card", a person must be 62 years of age or disabled and must be a resident of the Pennsbury School District.  "Gold Card" membership entitles the holder to free admission to all District porting events (excluding Sports Nite), plays and concerts.  "Gold Card" membership entitles the holder to (1) course at half price (does not apply to Art classes, Zumba and Home Improvement courses).  If registering for more than (1) course, 1/2 price will apply to the less expensive course fee.

For "Gold Card" membership call 215-428-4100 ext. 10444.   Once membership eligibility is verfied, the passes are available at the School Administration Building, 134 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, PA.
