ECA Exam Student Information
  • Every student is expected to take the ECA during his or her regularly scheduled class period.
  • If a student is ill and unable to take an ECA, a parent or guardian must notify the PHS attendance office on the morning that the ECA is scheduled. If a doctor’s note is provided and approval to reschedule the exam is granted, the student will be contacted by the student’s school counselor.
  • Make-up ECA’s for approved students will be administered on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 2:30-5:00pm and Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 8:00am- 2:00pm in the Orange Cafeteria. Students must make arrangements with their school counselor, as to what date they will be attending.
  • Any student who fails to attend a scheduled ECA will receive an “F” for the ECA grade. Exceptions to this policy will be made only with administrative approval.
  • Students attending approved school trips on January 24 and 27 are permitted to make-up ECA’s with their individual teachers.
