The Pennsbury Partners Advisory Board Mini-Grant Committee recently awarded eleven schools with special corporate-sponsored grants totaling almost $6,815. These grants were made possible with funds donated last year by area businesses in support of the Pennsbury Partners Program. 

Congratulations to these 2019-2020 winners:

Afton Elementary ($435): 
  • Rhea Jones – Rocks, Minerals and Fossils Show & Dig Workshop with Mike and Roberta Straka (Paleontologists)
Charles Boehm Middle ($500): 
  • Susan Brennan – Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece with the Fallsington Library
Eleanor Roosevelt Elementary ($500): 
  • Brittany Brown – Community Service Projects with St. Mary’s Medical Center
Fallsington Elementary ($2,510):

  • Carey Stolber – Book Tasting with Barnes and Noble – Fairless Hills
  • Kristen Cahill – Let’s Learn about Safety with NOVA
  • Edward Obert-Thorn/Diane Mount/Chris Rosica – Gardening with Snipes Farm & Education Center
Penn Valley Elementary ($1,435):
