    Sports Tryout Information for upcoming 7th & 8th Grade Students

    Any rising 7th or 8th-grade student who wants to tryout for Charles Boehm athletics should continue reading.

    In order to participate in a tryout, you must have a completed PIAA physical form and submit it to Mr. Stanley before the tryout.   One physical and you are able to tryout for any sport.  Each sport will have a 3-day tryout to earn a position on the team.

     
    All student-athletes must submit a current physical to tryout for and participate on a PIAA team. Students need only one completed PIAA physical form to participate in any sport all year. Middle school students must complete the entire PIAA CIPPE packet. The CIPPE (Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation) may not be authorized earlier than June 1st and shall be effective, regardless of when performed during a school year, until the following May 31st.
