All Abilities Lacrosse Clinic coming to Pennsbury
Participants would flow through a series of stations where they would have the opportunity to experience the game of lacrosse. Sample stations incude:
-Scoop (basic pick up of a ball with the lacrosse stick)
-Try on equipment (a chance to put on the pads and helment)
-Need it Got It (simple hand off and cradling)
-Zig Zag Cones (walk / jog and carry the ball)
-Shoot on the goalie (pass the ball at a real goalie)
Saturday May 14th - 9:00am-10:00am
All children in grades 1-8 welcome!
NOTICE OF DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS
In accordance with 34 C.F.R 300.624, the federal regulation under IDEA: a) the public agency (Pennsbury School District) must inform parents when personally identifiable information is collected, maintained, or used under this part is no longer needed to provide education services to the child.
Special Education Records related to the identification, evaluation, educational placement, or the provision of special education in the district must be maintained under state and federal law for a period of at least 6 years from (creation of the record/6 years upon satisfactory evidence of a students graduation, completion of he District's program, or the student reaches the age of 27.). The District intends to destroy special education records pursuant to this 6 year requirement, unless a parent/guardian or eligible (adult) student notifies the district prior to destruction. Special education record may be useful to the parent/guardian or former student in applying for Social Security benefits, rehabilitation services, college entrance, etc. The parent/guardian or eligible (adult) student may request a copy of the records in writing or in person at the following address, prior to destruction:
