Completed parking applications will be accepted at the PHS West main office starting on August 12, 2020.

Parking passes will be ready for pick-up from the West main office starting on August 31, 2020.

Be sure to follow ALL directions below.

Follow the instructions below to obtain a Student Parking Permit.  Parking privileges are only available to juniors and seniors.  If all parking regulations are not adhered to, these privileges may be revoked.  Parking Regulations can be found on the PHS Parking parent permission form

  • Download and print a PHS Parent/Student Parking Form and a Parking Pass Application using the links below.
  • Return completed forms (with required signatures) along with copies of your vehicle registration, PA driver’s license & insurance card to the Main Office at PHS West.  It is the student's responsibility to update vehicle information in the event of changes.
  • A non-refundable $50.00 fee must be submitted with the returned forms.  Checks should be made payable to Pennsbury School District.  Cash will be accepted, but please bring exact change.  A one semester parking pass is also available for a $30 fee (for returning seniors with an expected January graduation or you may apply in August if you anticipate getting your license second semester.  Permit will NOT be issued until the start of second semester and a copy of your license if provided.  You may apply with your permit, but must have copies of vehicle information and pay the $30 fee.)
  • Applications without ALL required forms, signatures, and copies of documents will not be processed.

Please note:  The penalty for parking on campus without a permit, or for parking in the wrong parking lot is a $25 fine/obligation for each offense.  In order to park on campus, vehicles must be properly registered and inspected.  Speed limit on campus is 5 MPH.  Students may NOT use the access road between East and West and you may NOT cut through parking lots.  Excessive absences and/or lateness are grounds for having your parking priviliges suspended or revoked.  Failure to follow school rules may result in suspension/revocation of parking permits without refund.

Parking lots available for students
(Please select your lot wisely on application form.  Passes will not be exchanged once assigned unless you no longer meet the criteria for that lot.)

Queen Anne Lot:  This lot is located at the corner of Queen Anne and Hood.  It is open to all students.

Stadium Lot:  This lot is located in the interior of the PHS campus next to the stadium.  It is open to seniors only that have Pennsbury sponsored after-school activities for example a varsity sport, marching band, yearbook editor, or other activity that in the eyes of the advisor requires the commitment similar to that of a varsity sport.  Students with senior privilege or practical child development on their schedule cannot park in this lot.

Yatsko/Baseball Lot:  This lot is located off of New Falls Road.  It is open to all students.

Senior Privilege lot - This lot is for students with senior privilege on their schedule.  Preference will be given to students with full year senior privilege.  This lot is located at Village Park Academy and the spaces adjacent to the tennis courts

Students are reminded that they are NOT permitted to park in neighborhoods adjacent to Pennsbury High School. Violators of this township ordinance will receive parking tickets from the Falls Township Police Department.
