Teacher Mini-Grant Application
Who Can Apply?
Any Pennsbury teacher through one of the Pennsbury Partners Program Liaison(s) in each school. In order to be eligible, the application MUST identify a current or new Pennsbury Partner.

What Are They?
Mini-Grants of $500 each are available. The purpose of these Mini-Grants is to foster partnership development in each selected school that would make a positive impact on student academic achievement by:
a.Linking into the CURRICULUM; or
b.Combining real-life work experiences to prepare students for a satisfying CAREER; or
c. Providing opportunities to share a sense of being a responsible citizen through COMMUNITY SERVICE activities.

The Pennsbury Partners Program Mini-Grants can financially support the efforts of the Liaisons and their school's PPP Action Team for costs associated with the development/ implementation of the school's Partners Program plan for the year, such as:
Material costs
Matching funds needed to support a partnership. 
•  Transportation funds to visit a partner’s site as part of your mini-grant activities.

How Do We Apply?
Complete all questions on the PPP Mini-Grant Application. You may provide additional information to more fully describe your proposed partnership activity. Return completed application signed by a school PPP Liaison and Principal. Applications will be reviewed by an independent selection committee.

Applications are due to the Office of Community Partnerships by October 31st. Awards will be selected in November.  

What are the Terms & Conditions? (If you are awarded a PPP Mini-Grant)
•Give your school secretary all original receipts and the account number (which will be provided) to make payments.
•Invite the Partnership Office to your activity.
•Update your school’s Google Docs PPP Activity page.
•Acknowledge your Partners (school e-Newsletters, school website, thank you letters…).
•Take photos of your event and send to the Partnership Office.
•Create a Final Report of your event (one or two paragraphs summarizing the event and how it affected students) upon completion of your partnership activity. These reports will be presented at the Year-End PPP Meeting.
