x 8th Grade Activities

Dear Boehm 8th-Grade Families,

Due to the high temperatures and the chance of thunderstorms on Wednesday, we are going to alter our plans to celebrate our 8th-grade students.  Please see the specific information below that also provides details for any virtual students who signed up to come into the building on Wednesday, June 9th.  We are splitting the activities up over two days so please review the changes.

  • Wednesday, June 9th-Water Ice and Pizza Cones Food Truck

    • Students will be treated to water ice and a Pizza Cone Food truck for lunch (students already signed up for the food truck).

    • Virtual students who signed up to come in should be dropped off at the gym entrance starting at 10:00 AM and should be picked up at 11:40.  Both pick-up and drop-off will be located at the gym entrance.

  • Thursday, June 10th-Breakfast and Outside Activities (Half-Day for all students-dismissal is at 10:45 AM)

    • Virtual students who signed up to come will remain in the building throughout the day.  Students need to be in A-Period by 8:10.  Students can utilize district transportation both to and from school.

    • Please make sure your children review the information that was sent out via the teachers.

6th and 7th Grade Activities

Dear Boehm Families,

Unfortunately, the weather is not cooperating with us this week for the activities we had planned for all three grades.  We will no longer be able to take students outside due to the high temperatures and the high chance of thunderstorms for 6th and 7th grade.  If you also have an 8th-grade student we are going to moving the date of their activities. Students will still have the opportunity to get water ice and a pretzel.  This will have an impact on your virtual students as well if you were planning to have them come in.  If you were not planning to send your students in please disregard.  We will only have the virtual students come in for the water ice and pretzels.  Please see the information below as it pertains to the 6th and 7th-grade activities virtual student drop-off and pick-up.

  • 6th-grade virtual students can be dropped off starting at 1:00 PM for water ice and pretzel.  They can be picked up at 1:30 PM at the gym entrance or take district transportation home.  Students will walk in the gym entrance and a staff member will direct them to a location.

  • 7th-grade virtual students can be dropped off starting at 10:30 AM.  They will then need to be picked up by 11:10 AM at the gym entrance. When students arrive they will walk in the gym entrance and a staff member will direct them to a location.
