Medical or dental appointments should not be scheduled during school hours. Students who must unavoidably seek early dismissal from school for medical or dental appointments are required to bring a note from home, take it to the main office for a class absence card, and must obtain signatures from those teachers whose classes will be missed.  Students must be signed out from the main office by a parent or guardian.  Photo identification is required when signing out a student from school.  Upon returning to school, the student may be required to bring a form from the doctor’s office confirming the appointment.
