Concussion Information
-
PA has legislation requiring all student-athletes to receive concussion and head injury information prior to the start of their season. Additionally, most student-athletes will also be tested using ImPACT®. This will be a baseline test to be used if the athlete sustains a head injury during the season. We have partnered with St Mary's Hospital and Bucks County IU to provide a Powerpoint presentation and help administer the ImPACT testing.
Once again, we are offering this course online for the 2023-24 Fall school year. Students will be able to view the presentation and answer questions using their computer or phone. This course should be completed prior to the first official date of Fall practice - Monday August 14.
All Impact testing will be done at a later date.
