The Human Resources department does not receive any clearances directly from the agencies. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the staff member to provide their updated clearances to Human Resources.PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SOME OF THE WEBSITES LISTED BELOW ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE CHROME BROWSER. 1. Act 34 Criminal Background Check.
2. Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance.
3. FBI Clearance/Fingerprinting. The Employment Service Code is 1KG6XN.(Complete Section 1, print and sign form. Must bring required forms of identification. Refer to page three for Lists of Acceptable Documents that must be presented with the form.)
